Der Fachbereich Wirtschaft und Recht der FRA UAS die Lisbon Accounting and Business School und die FH Salzburg bieten gemeinsam das von Erasmus+ geförderte Blended Intensive Kurzzeitprogram (BIP) an.

Überblick:
Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) ist auf dem Vormarsch und deren Anwendung in Kombination mit menschlichen Soft Skills wird eine wichtige Kompetenz im zukünftigen Berfusleben sein. Das Blended Intensive Program „Next Gen Business Skills: Integrating AI & Human Expertise“ befasst sich mit der Frage, wie KI-Tools mit menschlichen Soft Skills sinnvoll kombiniert werden können.
In der ersten Woche besuchen die Teilnehmer Online-Seminare zu Themen rund um Künstliche Intelligenz. In der zweiten Woche in Lissabon finden Unternehmenspräsentationen statt und die Studierenden arbeiten in Gruppen an einer Fallstudie, deren Ergebnisse und Schlussfolgerungen sie am Ende des Programms präsentieren.

Teilnahmeberechtigt:
alle BA/MA Studierende am FB3, die mind. 90 ECTS abgeschlossen haben.
Teilnahmebedingungen:
• Einzureichen: aktuelles Transcript of Records (MA-Studierende - Bachelorzeugnis) und CV an: bips@fb3.fra-uas.de
• Auswahl nach Notendurchschnitt und nachgewiesenem soziales/ehrenamtliches Engagement + 0,1
• Bewerbungsfrist endet am 30.11.2024
• Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss erhalten die Studierenden ein Zertifikat mit 3 ECTS
Mögliche Anrechnung:
• Voraussetzung für 5 ECTS Module ist ein Reflexionsbericht (2 ECTS) nach Vorgabe der Prüfer an der FRA UAS.
• BA Studierende haben die Möglichkeit der Anrechnung für das Studium Generale.
• Studierende in den Studiengängen WiRe, BW und IBA, die nach der neuen PO studieren, können sich das Modul für ein entsprechendes Wahlpflichtfach anrechnen lassen.
• Masterstudierende müssen eine mögliche Anrechnung vorab mit den Studiengangsleitern bzw. Modulverantwortlichen klären.

Call for Applications – Blended Intensive Program “Next Gen Business Skills: Integrating AI & Human Expertise”
The Department of Business and Law at the FRA UAS, the Lisbon Accounting and Business School and FH Salzburg jointly offer the Erasmus+-funded Blended Intensive Short-Term Program (BIP).
Dates: 03 – 07 March 2025 (online)
09 – 15 March 2025 (on site in Lisbon)

Overview:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is on the rise and its application, combined with human soft skills, will be an important skill-set in the future workforce. The Blended Intensive Programme "Next Gen Business Skills: Integrating AI & Human Expertise" addresses the question of how AI tools can be meaningfully combined with human soft skills.
During the first week, participants will attend online seminars on topics related to artificial intelligence. During the second week in Lisbon, there will be presentations from companies and students will work in groups on a case study, presenting their results and conclusions at the end of the programme.

Who is eligible to apply?
All BA/MA students enrolled in Fb3 who have completed at least 90 ECTS
Application and selection Process:
· Students should submit their current transcript of records (MA students – Bachelor’s certificate) along with their CV to: bips@fb3.fra-uas.de
· Selection according to grade point average and proven social/voluntary involvement + 0.1
· Application deadline: 30.11.2024
· Students will receive a certificate (3 ECTS) upon successful completion
Course Recognition:
· Bachelor students can opt to receive course recognition for the Studium Generale when they successfully complete the BIP (3 ECTS) and write a reflective paper (2 ECTS) on their experience (as outlined by the examiners at FRA UAS).
· Students in WiRe, BWL and IBA degere programs who are studying according to the new PO can receive course recognition for a corresponding compulsory elective subject.
· Master students must consult their Program Director in order to determine if there is a possibility to receive course recognition.
