To ensure your group work is well-organized and effective, assign clear roles and responsibilities before beginning the task. Each member should understand their tasks and contribute actively to the group’s success.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Note Taker:
Responsible for recording key points, tracking each member’s contributions, and compiling the group’s final results for presentation. -
Time Manager:
Oversees the schedule, ensuring that group members stay on track during discussions, data collection, and internal presentations. Manages time allocation for each task: mutual introduction, research, discussion, and the summary of results. -
Presenter:
Prepares and delivers the group’s findings to the class. Works closely with other members to ensure the presentation accurately reflects everyone’s input. -
Researchers:
Actively gather and analyze the information or data needed for the project. Share relevant findings with the group and support the Note Taker and Presenter in developing the final report or presentation.
