Experts share their stories of failure as a way to success

When things are not going as smoothly as planned, we have a high chance of learning and improving our skills. In the US and in start-up culture, F*up Nights are a popular event to stop - reflect - and then celebrate the learnings from the defeats we faced.

Join our „Dare to fail“-session to get inspired by the experiences and take-aways of our experts who share their learnings from their private stories of failure in short pitches. Later on, you will also have the chance to reframe difficult moments in your life and celebrate your personal growth.

About Jonathan: Patience and resilience is the word. I prefer the wording be stubborn and never let a no be your yes. I have 20 plus rejections from Top companies after making more than 50+ applications. In other words, I thought I failed. After rain comes sunshine. What they call luck is when preparedness meets opportunity.

Get a deepdive on how to turn rejections and obstacles into acceptance and learning curve. Having worked in 4 different Global banks the recipe is the same. Let us catch up on the Dare to fail night and know more about me .

About Yasmin : Throughout my professional journey, I have faced numerous cultural and career challenges that tested my resilience. However, these challenges also provided invaluable lessons that shaped my expertise in cross-cultural communication and leadership.

I realized that many of the misunderstandings and obstacles I encountered could have been avoided with greater awareness and the right skill set. This realization inspired me to establish Beyond Borders Education, a company dedicated to equipping professionals and students with the tools needed to thrive in a globalized job market.
