Students:
- define and understand the concepts of global competition, internationalization and globalization of companies and digital hyper-competition,
- apply the basic concepts, methods and tools of international management,
- reflect current and complex aspects of international management,
- develop and implement an international strategy for an international or global company,
- systematically strengthen the internationalization competence of a company and its essential business functional areas,
- manage the planning and implementation processes of an international company,
- recognize the challenges faced by the internationalization and globalization of established companies and
- develop appropriate management activities that support internationalization and changes in the company,
- reflect on megatrends such as diversity, sustainability and digitalization in international management case studies and practical examples,
- work together in teams, also in international and cross-cultural contexts,
- develop an awareness of the value of (cultural) diversity.
