      Unser Programm:

      Samstag 29.06.24 und Sonntag 30.06.24 

      Wir bieten an beiden Tagen individuelle Führungen und ein Rahmenprogramm zwischen 10:00 – 14:00 an.

      ReNewKidsLab

      Baukultur ist das Ergebnis von Bildungsarbeit. Spielerisch können sich auch die kleinsten Gäste dem Material Holz in einen Parcours nähern.

      ReNewHub – renewable Concept Construction and Material
      Nachwachsende Baumaterialien und alle ReStrategien interessieren uns: repair, reuse, recycle, ... rethink !

      Wir, Prof. Dr. Florian Mähl, Prof. Carolin Seegmüller, Prof. Tatjana Vautz und Prof. Helmut Zeitter, lehren und forschen, transdisziplinär, ressourcenschonendes Entwerfen und Konstruieren.

      Das Bauen mit nachwachsenden Rohstoffen und kreislauffähigen Baumaterialien, aber auch adaptierbare Konzepte stehen dabei im Fokus. Antworten für Neuplanungen und Erneuerung des Gebäudebestands untersuchen wir ganzheitlich, um die Gesamtverantwortung von technischen und räumlichen Qualitäten verständlich zu machen und das Wissen darüber weiterzuentwickeln.

      Das Herzstück, unser Lehr- und Lernraum, ist das ReNewStudio. In einer Ausstellung zeigen unsere Studierenden ihr Holzbauwissen mit tiefgehenden Projektanalysen beispielhafter Holzbauten von Finnland bis in den Alpenraum. Führungen regen Gespräche in lockerer Atmosphäre zur Holzbaukultur an.

      Die Modelle der Studierenden sind eindrücklich. Videos zeigen wie sie ihren Kompetenzerwerb reflektieren und wie die beteilgten Büros dies wertschätzen. Wir zeigen das Beste aus den letzten vier Jahren und wünschen uns, damit den Auftakt der Holzbauoffensive Hessen zu befeuern.

      ReNewKidsLab
      Building culture is the result of educational work. Even the youngest guests can approach the material wood in a playful way on an educational course.

      ReNewHub - renewable Concept Construction and Material
      We are interested in renewable building materials and all re-strategies: repair, reuse, recycle, ... rethink !

      We, Prof Dr Florian Mähl, Prof Carolin Seegmüller, Prof Tatjana Vautz and Prof Helmut Zeitter, teach and conduct transdisciplinary research into resource- efficient design and construction.

      The focus is on building with renewable raw materials and recyclable building materials, as well as adaptable concepts. We take a holistic approach to new planning and the renewal of existing buildings in order to understand the overall responsibility of technical and spatial qualities and to further develop knowledge about them.

      The centrepiece, our teaching and learning space, is the ReNewStudio. In an exhibition, our students showcase their knowledge of timber construction with in-depth project analyses of exemplary timber buildings from Finland to the Alpine region. Guided tours encourage conversations in a relaxed atmosphere about timber construction culture.

      The students' models are impressive. Videos show how they reflect on the skills they have acquired and how the participating offices value this. We are showing the best of the last four years and hope that this will fuel the start of the Hesse timber construction campaign.
