The Center for Ecosocial Transformations focuses on transformative eco-social work, ecological justice and planetary solidarity. It aims to address the complex interconnections between social and ecological systems. By promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, the center seeks to develop ecosocial strategies for a transformative, sustainable and just future. Researchers at the center investigate/study research the impacts of ecological catastrophes and disasters, discrimination and exclusion, war and environmental degradation, and colonial capitalist and anthropocentric worldviews on vulnerable communities and advocate for policies that promote social equity and planetary health. The center's work emphasizes the importance of integrating green and ecosocial approaches into social work education and practice. In collaboration with scientists and practitioners, the centre it strives to create a more just and sustainable world by addressing the root causes of ecological and social injustices. Through community engagement and participatory action research, the center fosters inclusive approaches to peace, participatory policy making, community resilience, and ecological justice. The center also provides teaching and training for eco-social workers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to address ecosocial issues within their practice.

Aufgabe
Ein fiktiver Block auf der Zeil in Frankfurt am Main ist aktuell ungenutzt.
Der Block ist dreiseitig eingebaut und hat nur zur Zeil eine 36 Meter lange Belichtungsfläche.
Aufgabe ist es eine Struktur zu entwickeln, die räumliche und belichtungstechnische Voraussetzungen für eine Wohnnutzung schafft.
