Urban Economics and Land Readjustment
Grundlage des Kurses und Wissen:
Studierende können die Grundlagen der städtischen Ökonomie, der Immobili-
enprojektentwicklung, der städtischen Bodenordnung sowie der Wertermitt-
lung bebauter und unbebauter Grundstücke verstehen, die Zusammenhänge
erkennen sowie Wissens-/Verständnis- und Rechenaufgaben selbstständig lö-
sen und deren Ergebnisse fachlich vertreten und präsentieren.
Sie kennen zudem den Aufbau und die Aufgaben von Gutachterausschüssen
und Umlegungsstellen und ihre Bedeutung für das effiziente und effektive
Funktionieren der Stadtplanung.
Knowledge and understanding:
Students can understand the basics of urban economics, real estate project
development, urban land readjustment as well as the valuation of developed
and undeveloped land, recognise the correlations as well as independently
solve knowledge/comprehension and calculation tasks and professionally rep-
resent and present their results.
They also know the structure and tasks of expert committees and apportion-
ment bodies and their importance for the efficient and effective functioning of
urban planning.
Einsatz, Anwendung und Erzeugung von Wissen:
Studierende werden in die Lage versetzt, erste eigene Einschätzungen einfa-
cher baulandumlegungs- und bewertungstechnischer Sachverhalte vorzuneh-
men, sie in das Gesamtsystem der Stadtplanung einzuordnen sowie einer
sach- und systemgerechten Lösung zuzuführen und darzustellen.
Use, application, and generation of knowledge:
Students are able to make their own initial assessments of simple land reallo-
cation and appraisal issues, to place them in the overall system of urban plan-
ning, and to apply and present a solution that is appropriate to the subject
matter and the system.
Kommunikation und Kooperation:
Studierende sind befähigt, Aufgabenstellungen und deren Lösungen in den
oben genannten Fachgebieten miteinander im Team konstruktiv und Ziel füh-
rend zu erörtern und den Lösungsweg strukturiert-argumentativ darzulegen.
Communication and cooperation:
Students are able to discuss tasks and their solutions in the above-mentioned
fields constructively and in a goal-oriented manner in a team and to present
the solution in a structured and argumentative manner.
