The Cultural Diversity Seminar explains the diversity of values and beliefs that lead to different patterns of behaviour and communication. This learning is significant for international relations and business to secure effective and efficient communication while respecting and understanding differences in underlying values and behaviour.

We shall review the skills needed to improve Intercultural Communication; the impact of diversity on Global Business Management; and the importance of recognising and promoting Diversity of Identity within organisations.
