The topic for the final thesis will be announced on April 28, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. (room to be announced).
The submission deadline for the final thesis will be June 23, 2025. Your presentation will be due to the same date.

The objective of this course is to learn the fundamental principles, tools and techniques of project management. The course focuses on the project integration, scope, time and cost management, project control and risk management.

After successful participation you can
- determine the viability of a project

- understand project management design, development, and implementation

- develop competencies and skills for planning and controlling projects

- identify and plan the risks of a project

- produce a project proposal

- apply project management principles through cases studies focused on Renewable energy resources
